Be aware that the published opening time (7:30 AM from Thursday through Monday) is not reliable, at least for breakfast. We arrived just after 7:30, only to be told that, though coffee was available, food would not be served for at least 40 minutes. This was stated matter-of-factly, with no other explanation, so we concluded that “relaxed” opening times are the norm at this place. And given the cavalier attitude about service times, how could you trust that the delay wouldn’t be an hour or more? We didn’t stay, so can’t comment on the food or atmosphere.

Great place to stop on our way to Albuquerque from Santa Fe. We had the toquitos, mushroom melt sandwich, and a salad; all were very good. Lots of seating so despite it being super crowded, were able to find a table and service was prompt. Parking could be an issue.

Excellent labeling of vegetarian dishes, which can easi,easily, be made vegan or are already vegan. I had the Forager sandwich and it was perfectly toasted with crisp veggies and tasty avocado and hummus. Got a side of fried plantains too. Indoor and outdoor seating are great too.
