“We had lunch today at mine shaft tavern. Colleen served us and was lovely and efficient. The mad green chile burgers brought tears to our eyes. The wag you beef and the veggie patties were both excellent, the brioche buns were fresh and just right, and the hatch green chile was out of this world.
