The automated process is Trash. It kept on adding on Fries to my order. I was doing a job and the time it took to have to come to the place to place a order then wait kinda sucked especially if time is a issue as mines. I wanted a quick bite.

Always stop at Blake’s when you’re in New Mexico! Had New Mexico style burger and it was so so good. Came out quickly too! The woman who took our order was super friendly!

Blake’s is a love hate relationship. This experience was one of the better ones. I get a bacon breakfast burrito with red chile. They have the best value for a burrito, it is a good size and is a mid tasting burrito. I try to get extra chile because they do not put enough for me. Service was good, they are nice and order came out timely.

Ordered a chili bowl. It wasn't even a bowl for like half a cup. On there menu they should put 1/2 a cup of chili NOT BOWL!!!
Worst service ever. Ordered online and told 25 mins for pick up. Waited 35 before even heading there. Get to the counter and told it will be at least another 45 mins before our order would be ready. No sense of customer service. One gentleman in there was waiting an hour and twenty mins for one burrito. They need new management.

Rude staff. Flys everywhere. Filthy restrooms. I was refused service because I wouldn't fall in line like a good leftist sheep and put on a mask. Employees act like they are stoned. What a worthless place.

Traveling across country. We don’t have Blake’s LottaBurger where we are moving from. Pulled in here hungry and ready for a good burger. We were blown away by GREAT burgers and fries. The chicken is delicious too. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Highly recommend!
