These people are slow as molasses they tried to give me the wrong order and I had to get my ticket out to show them it took 25 min to get my order the patty didn't even taste like meat anymore it was so dry she kept swearing the other order was mine lunatic people

My it's burger was gross, they burnt the bun,it was black on the inside, I threw it away, wasted 10 dollars, I'll never go there again, I don't recommend it to anyone, onion rings were undercooked also😡

Most server one was friendly but the 1 girl second the burgers she had the personality of a fence post I'm sorry to say over a long long time I bought a lot of hamburgers there but that was my last trip but you can't please everyone .

The attentiveness of the staff at Blake's lotaburger was shoddy at best. Only one person working a register is not good enough for all the people that are in there trying to order food. Prices are ridiculous. I paid over $30 for my meal and couldn't even get some sauce to go with it by Blake's unless I paid extra. The staff is not attentive. Too many workers standing around and nobody taking orders. I waited quite a long time before somebody even took my order I will not be back at that place again.

Put an an online order. Business hours show they open at 6 a.m. My order showed pick up at 6:30 a.m. Showed up and the doors are locked and appears they are trying to scramble opening up. The store opened at 7 a.m. and tell me they are starting the order. The last visit prior to this, waited 30 mins after pick up time for an online order!!!!

The automated process is Trash. It kept on adding on Fries to my order. I was doing a job and the time it took to have to come to the place to place a order then wait kinda sucked especially if time is a issue as mines. I wanted a quick bite.

Blake’s is a love hate relationship. This experience was one of the better ones. I get a bacon breakfast burrito with red chile. They have the best value for a burrito, it is a good size and is a mid tasting burrito. I try to get extra chile because they do not put enough for me. Service was good, they are nice and order came out timely.
