The lady was rude to being with. I ordered andwe where waiting in line we just needed to pay and one lady let 2 other guys pay before us. When they finally charged us the lady was rude giving us our change back. I ordered my food 2 meals and we asked for ranch to go with both meals they didn't put the ranch in the bag so we went back up to ask for ranch and the lady looked at us and asked another lady to hand us ranch and it was literally tossed on the counter and was only given 1. Very rude and not great customer service will not come to this place again

Rubbery chicken and a cranky elderly woman running your Milan NM location inside the Loves Travel Plaza. Not a good representative for your product. My sister in law told me how good your chicken was and it’s quite honestly the worst and rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Even the potatoes were awful! I ended up feeding it to the black birds outside the store so at least it did not go to waste.

This is for Chester's Chicken in Love's. Don't you have a time limit on how long food can be left in a hot rack? My sandwiches (2 bbq chicken sandwiches for $5) that I bought inside Love's, at the Chester's chicken side was nasty and burnt!!! The bun soaked up the BBQ sauce which also turned the bun hard as hell to chew. I took one bit and almost threw up. It's dry, burnt flavor... idk, I've never EVER had anything like this from Chester's, EVER!!! Now people can see why others are getting food poisoning and it's all because people are too lazy to do their jobs! Us truckers pay to eat, we should have something in our stomachs worth paying for instead of not being able to eat due to the food being old. I'm gonna go back in to try and exchange or something but know that I'm not very happy about this at all!!!

I always come here thinking to get chicken bites but there's always no options to pick from. They simply say no we don't have it all they have is a few cold chicken pieces like why are you guys open? This is not the first time at this

We stopped in to get a bite to eat with more than an hour before they closed. With no sides or biscuits available, they refused to make any substation and refused to supply more sides or biscuits, yet they wanted the full price...I don't know what planet that is acceptable on. So unfortunately they lost several sales, will have to throw out the food that was available and created a line of unsatisfied customers that now have a negative opinion about Chester's Chicken in general. Skip this stop on your trip and find a location that is willing to do their job and provide the service that is guaranteed by the establishment. Weather it was the employees or this franchisees policy, it was frankly nothing more than laziness and an inability to create a happy customer that would return. You have one shot at making an impression on your customers and what they take away from the experience. One star, would NOT recommend! Please see my other reviews to know that I'm a level headed individual that is hard to displease. This was not a good experience.

Had lots of hot fresh food prepared. Potatoes wedges could have been cooked a little longer. Over all we had a good experience.

Super rude employees and apparently none of them know anything about the place they work. Or they just don't care to give you an answer other than, "I don't know." Jalapenos were rubbery, chicken wasn't good and neither were the wedges, and the biscuits were completely solid. If I remembered correctly though, my family told me on our last trip that a Chester's we went to was pretty bad, so maybe the poor quality food is the chain. Regardless, those employees gave me a reason to drive a little further next time.

Originally stopped for Subway, but saw this chicken joint next to it. Bought the two piece chicken tenders. Quickly realized that’s were the juiciest chicken tenders I’ve ever eaten in my entire life and wish I had bought more-but we were already back in the road. BBQ sauce was perfectly sweet!

Hopefully they just got done with a rush because all that food they had available was cold. Biscuit super hard like pats throw away hard crunchy uneatable. Basically paid for a meal and only got cold chicken that’s still kinda eatable won’t bother wasting my time at another Chester’s

That has got to be some of the best chicken tenders I ever had. And the deep fried potato wedges were fabulous. Hard to believe they serve good food way out in the boonies.
