I picked up my pizza November 23 around 5:40 pm. The gentleman at the counter was by himself and swamped, but he was so efficient. The pizza was great, service was awesome. I wish I would have got the guys name, but whoever he is, deserves a raise

I called for over an hour to order a pizza. Came in the store no one here so I ordered it to go. While waiting and seeing as how there are no customers dialed the number 3 times no one answered they just stood around talking . So disappointing

They had about 20 pizzas sitting out to be boxed but none in the tray. Put a couple in the self serve tray while you are boxing the rest. Seems to happen all the time here. Otherwise great!

This pizza is the bomb! We are from Texas and anytime we see a Godfathers we eat there. We do not have them there so it is a privilege to eat here. You will not be disappointed!

Not for me, the pizza is wet & soggy & barely maintains shape when you try to pick it up, if you want normal not wet pizza, get it out of the hot box for some reason it's mostly normal out of there just make sure it doesn't look bloated & you're good to go, but do not eveeerrr get a whole pizza here, you won't want it. Customers service is excellent though as always, Loves hires good people. This is the only Godfathers chain I've ever tried though, so maybe wet & soggy is just how they do pizza & who am I to judge ?

Just as good as I remembered it to be! Pizza was coming out of the oven right when we came in to pay. Gentleman at the counter was so polite and even ran over to hold the doors open for me to carry out the pizza. So happy there is still a few of these around!

Service is too slow, forgot our kids personal, too many workers not paying attention. Does not not make up for our time loss!

I made an online order, waited 30 minutes and went and I picked it up, waited in line, asked for order and they said it barely came thru and to come back in 20 minutes. Left and came back, they wanted to charge me again for a pizza I paid for already, severely understaffed, you have the same people working godfathers working subway, owner should hire more help
