we were camping at Morphy Lake. Decided to go to Hatcha's for an early dinner. food is fantastic! salsa is excellent! highly recommend the chile rellenos!
great home style nm cooking, fast and great friendly service. tacos were some of the best I've had, and I eat a lot of tacos!!!

Based on the reviews, Hatcha's Cafe | New Mexican serves good, fresh food with generous portions. The homemade salsa and chips are excellent, and the breakfast tacos and breakfast burrito with red chile are amazing. The staff is kind, attentive, and accommodating, though service can be slow at times. It is a good little place for a good bite, and many visitors would return when back in the area.
