As a world traveler, not to many things surprise me. Especially in food cuisine. I was very impressed with the unique taste from a small food truck in a small town in Moriarty NM. The name caught my attention, Patatuchi. At first, I thought it was Italian, but to my suprice it was real Mexican food. This place is AMAZING! ALWAYS SUPER YUMMY! They need to make this place a permanent fixture in a permanent facility. I've told truckers about this place from all over the country! This place NEVER disappoints!!! ?
