Artesian Restaurant at Ojo Caliente Resort & Spa offers excellent, reasonably priced food with delicious entrees and great customer service. The room and grounds are immaculate, enhancing the overall experience. The staff is friendly, and the service is terrific, with guests praising their experiences with servers like Ivan and Annie. The restaurant features a lively atmosphere and offers a good selection of wine and beer, although it does not serve hard liquor. However, the noise level can be loud, especially in the evenings, and there is no outdoor dining area. Guests particularly enjoyed the Blue Corn Muffins, Bison Short Ribs, Tamales, and the Chili Relleno with Quinoa Tamal. The breakfast burrito is also a highlight, being very good and large. Overall, visitors find it a good experience for dining onsite at the spa.
