“My husband and I found ourselves in Pecos on Sunday, June 22, 2025. Brian was an exceptional host and the food was something that dreams are made of. I have been planning the quickest way back from Wichita Falls, TX for the extraordinary Green Chili Chicken Casserole since we left! I'm thinking that 489 miles isn't too far for brunch!!!! Do yourself a favor and make the trip!”
