Terrible Costumer Service, I walk in to this coffee shop to ask if they can remake my coffee that I purchased a day ago because it tasted watered down but when I explain my experience of the coffee I’m treated like I’m stupid because it’s an *ice coffee* has no ice no more she wanted to go ahead and tell me it’s already watered down therefore she cannot remake it. This event happened 7/2/25 at 3:24pm. Ive never had such a terrible experience asking any other place if something can be remade even if it’s a day ago.

They messed up on my coffee , by the time i got to work they were closed to go get them remake it . I went next day and they refused to remake the wrong order . We are so sad because we go here everyday……. What a waste
