“We went to visit our first time today, our intention was just play with all the cats but we came home with two bonded brothers. The staff are very friendly, the cafe itself is open and airy- great fun for cats and people alike. It’s a great way to give some luv to some sweet animals and such a great way to maybe meet your newest family member.“

“This is a Starbucks inside sandia casino. Nothing special. So even if Starbucks is closed they remain open. This was the only coffee shop I found open on Christmas Day so that’s the bright side. Reduce your expectations to Starbucks level and you won’t be disappointed.I did roam around having trouble finding this place but don’t be like me and just ask the security as soon as you enter if you’re going here just for coffee.“

“Flying star has a special place in my heart since high school when it used to be double rainbow. They have the best desserts and whenever I come back to Albuquerque, it’s a definite treat. I even signed up for their loyalty program. I love throughout the years that they maintained a staff that is always super down to earth and cordial tonight I picked up some desserts to go and the attentive young fellow noticed that there had been an error and fixed it right away. Not that they’ve ever gotten any of my orders wrong but I appreciated his attentiveness as I would’ve been super bummed to have received the wrong item. I do miss the wider variety of cakes that they used to have in the past, but they also did add some stellar new desserts, particularly the strawberry rhubarb because there’s no other place in the country where I’ve had a pie that’s managed to master keeping the rhubarb. I don’t know how to explain it al dente and it’s awesome. I don’t even know where the hell they find fresh rhubarb this time of year! Oh my God it still.“

“One of the OG's here in the Q. Splendid Seasonal drinks. Always bright! 4.5 stars in my book. Reading new menus every season is nice! Boba quality and customet service has varied since this place first opened but its still an excellent spot for chill hangouts. Kid friendly. Just make sure they chew the boba a lot lest it gets stuck. They don't have usable public restrooms otherwise this would be a 5.“
