Frank’s has the best food on the enchanted circle. The burgers are the best I’ve tasted in a long, long time. The fries are great. And the cream puffs and turnovers are amazing. It is going be one of our favorite places. And Gloria makes every one feel like they are at a relative’s dining room table. Don’t miss this place.
