The old saying, you can't judge a book by its cover, comes to mind. The outside of the Stagecoach Cafe looked a little....old. But once inside, you'll find a squeaky clean restaurant, nicely decorated, well managed, with a great menu, and a very polite and efficient staff. The food was great and the people were very kind and pleasant. Great little place to stop off Hwy 53 West and get a bite to eat. Breakfast served until 11 am, full American lunch menu (many different burger styles) and lots of New Mexican cuisine entrées. We tried the bean burrito and stacked cheese enchiladas, both come with arroz rojo and beans. Chicken-centered decor is super cute and you can pick your own slice of pie from a phone booth display ? Staff was really welcoming and efficient. We will definitely stop by again.

This place was a godsend. I've got a toddler going through a picky eating stage and was crying for bacon, lol! We stopped at this place and the people were real nice. The waitress was also very kind to us and our little one. Highly recommend
