The wife and I were searching for a place to eat other than Mexican food which Taos has plenty of. We decided to try the Trading Post Market. It's a hole in the wall looking place from the outside. We've passed it a number of times never imagining it to be a restaurant. There isn't many alternative restaurants outside of Mexican food in Taos. Anyway, we arrived and to our surprise it's a cute spot once you're inside. Bigger than it seems from the outside....
I wish I had discovered this place sooner.
The food is incredible! I had the green chile cheesesteak sandwich and fries. Honestly it’s probably the best sandwich and fries I have ever had in Taos. Very affordable as well.
