Absolutely one of the best restaurants and the carne ado vada is delicious. The sauce was my favorite. The sopapillas were large, warm, and delicious . We didn’t have a reservation but 25 min wait on a beautiful day and dining on the patio was very peaceful. We have been to Taos 5 time but first time at the Ranchos Plaza Grill. We will definitely return.
We love this place. Staff friendly and very attentive. Three of us dined there yesterday 9/17/22 three for three we were all very pleased with our dish. I voted mine the !best! Stuffed Sopapilla with beef, oh yeah!I got Christmas chili, both were wonderful.We only get here once a year but I think we should visit again sooner. Thank you staff and owners it was a great and blessed experience for my little family.

Went for Saturday breakfast with my kiddo. He had the french toast and I had huevos rancheros. Green chili sauce was delicious. The reason for 4 stars was because we were waiting for a table and another group of 2 came in and was seated right away, so a miscommunication between staff.
