Ranchos Plaza Grill

Ranchos Plaza Grill is a lovely diner with a nice family atmosphere, located next to an old church. They serve fantastic breakfast selections like huevos rancheros, breakfast enchiladas, and burritos with delicious red sauce. For lunch, their sopapillas and blue corn enchiladas are a must-try, served with tasty salsa and guacamole. The restaurant, situated in a charming, historical building, offers excellent service and reasonable prices. While parking can be a challenge during church events, the overall experience is worth the drive just outside of Taos for a local vibe and flavorful Mexican dishes.
