This store is great, but only if you go during the day. I live just up the road from the travel center this arbys is apart of and go there every since they opened. The people during the day are friendly and kind but at night, the people in the back are either fed up with something and not caring anymore or need to learn to cook again. The food is always dry, the woman who works the front at night is very rude especially towards my autistic friend. During the day, everyone deserves...

We just stop here for lunch and cashier Crystal was such a pleasure. She was friendly, professional, patient and helpful, and she did all that with pure joy and a smile. So refreshing!

I just loves me some smokehouse brisket sandwich!! It's been a while since I ordered anything else. I'm glad they offer crinkle fries because I always felt like the curly fries aren't a good match with their ketchup. Service and decor are standard Arby's, which is good enough for ne.
