A year ago I had the best BLT ever. This last time we had to throw it in the trash. It was the burnt scrapings from the pan. Absolutely horrible. Will never go back.

I’m only giving them 2 stars for the salad wagon. The food is usually cold or overcooked and the service is HORRIBLE. There are several rude waitresses and I have given this restaurant several chances. I am done. So so rude and lazy.

We walked into K-Bobs and the staff was not friendly. We placed a simple order which was either not placed by our waitress or was lost by the kitchen. Our waitress came to give us to hand us our bill and we had yet to receive our food. She had an attitude when we said we hadn't been served yet and went to the kitchen and was visibly annoyed and talking about us to the cook. He put our order on and the food was bland because he did not take the time to prepare it correctly because of their mistake. We went to pay for our bill and the cashier could care less about our experience by replying "Oh sorry bout that" with disinterest. It is no wonder that the K-Bobs are disappearing.

2 burnt steaks and the cook still could not get it right. Baked potato was overcooked as well. K-Bobs are few and far between anymore, I wanted a steak dinner and paid for garbage, needless to say I won't be back. Waitress even had an attitude when I received the second steak and said I could talk to the cook. I told her that was her job to advise the cook not to burn peoples food.

I think this is the 1st time I've ever done a Bad review! We stopped here to grab lunch and it was hands down the worst dining experience EVER! I was a server so I'm an easy customer and always a Great tipper ( not today ) The girl that seated us was nice enough but our girl that had our table got a table of 4 guys a few minutes after we sat down. Not sure what happened but she took our order before theirs, they got their orders 1st ( not her fault) but our food sat up there for awhile because she got them refills. Walked right past the hot food up there to get refills. Finally brought our food, we had to get our own silverware. She never asked us if we needed anything even refills. When I could catch her attention I asked her to take the side salads off the bill, she said oh you don't want them now? Who eats a side salad AFTER their meal? She took out her pads with receipts and scratched over the side salads and literally threw it across the table at me. I was actually still being nice at this point but again had never experienced this in ANY restaurant. She was up at the register and I asked her if I'd done something and she said I was rude to her. She can keep that because prior to her throwing the bill across the table we had been REALLY Polite under the circumstances. She got called out and she wasn't use to that! She was SO busy sucking up to the guys she missed out on us. We always tip at least 25% and are the easiest customers ever! Food was Mediocre but we could have lived with that! Nobody goes out to eat to be treated like that 🙄

The food is usually over portioned and prepared correctly. The salad bar is very good. The problem is during lunch. There’s only two servers, and it takes quite a while to get your order taken and receive your food other than that all good.
