I had the stuffed breakfast sopapilla, and it was so huge that I couldn't finish. A to-go box was needed.I'll just say that anyone coming into this restaurant had better come STARVING.
Honestly a gem. Cannot find great service like this anywhere these days and the prices to match. Food is amazing. Do not listen to what people say. The green chili is authentic and amazing. Highly recommend getting the green chili. I got french toast and breakfast sopapilla. I will be back again and again. There is no wonder why this place has been open a hundred plus years. This is my second time eating at Pappa's Sweet Shop, both time passing through on a road trip. Great food both times. I've never had a pancake style enchilada, so had to try that, Christmas style. Very good, generous portion! The staff was friendly and accommodating, kept an eye on our drink refills. The atmosphere is basic, but quiet and charming.
