“Found this local gem on our way back to Texas from Colorado. Friendly service and wonderful interior(old bank?). We all got tacos that were every bit as good as anything from home. Chips and salsa were in my top 3 all-time best. Will gladly go out of my way on return trips.“
“This is my second time eating at Pappa's Sweet Shop, both time passing through on a road trip. Great food both times. I've never had a pancake style enchilada, so had to try that, Christmas style. Very good, generous portion! The staff was friendly and accommodating, kept an eye on our drink refills. The atmosphere is basic, but quiet and charming.“
“A cute little Mexican diner with a drive-up window for car orders. The food is actually outstanding so don't judge this book by its cover, that of being in a convenience store at a gas station. It works! The folks here are friendly and prepare the food quickly so that your wait will be rewarded indeed. The red-themed tables and chairs reminds me of a grade school cafeteria, but hey, you can fit at least 30 people here.“
“Great Place! I have always missed getting to this place during the normal hours. I finally was able to visit TWICE in a few days. Got some great quality items. I was traveling from DFW to COS and so happy to have been able to finally visit and grab some really unique items. I have even thought about just driving back out just to shop some more. This is how great this place is. The owners are very nice as well and helpful.“
