Oasis Restaurant and Motel is a gem worth stopping for! Breakfast was amazing — I tried a green chili breakfast burrito for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious. The coffee was fresh and hit the spot, and the staff worked hard to make sure every guest’s needs were met. Cozy atmosphere, great food, and genuine service — I would definitely go back!

The French fries were soggy with my burger, and the hamburger patty was overdone, but my fiances food was good she got the roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes

Hate to post, but stopped here in my travels and this has to be the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Salad was so wilted and brown that I couldn’t even take a bite. I didn’t even have the heart to send it back because there is no way the waitress would have brought it out like that if it wasn’t common. I just pushed it across the table awkwardly and waited for my plate. Then my poor pork chops and green beans came out. They looked like thin cut frozen chops that they slapped on the the grill and hit with some salt and pepper. Absolute saddest chops I’ve ever seen. Tasted edible but that’s it. Green beans looked like the cheapest canned green beans money could buy, and tasted like it also. I heard some people talking about how good the green chile was so I asked for a bowl and was brought a bowl of gravy with maybe 3 pieces of chile in it. Tasted it and while it wasn’t terrible, wasn’t worth eating. What really confuses me was that I heard multiple locals raving about how good it always was. Not sure what they’re eating up there but I’m a little shocked. Looking at the pictures that other reviewers are posting and I would say that what I got was pretty common.

I rarely leave a poor review but this was the worst quality food I've eaten in years. No seasoning whatsoever, tasted like nursing home food. The service was pretty awful as well.
It looks cool, like an old school hotel with a diner. They just don't know how to cook tasty food apparently.

Mediocre food and possibly the worst service I’ve ever encountered.

Good food. Friendly service. Lots of locals eating here. Decent value. Average of $12 each. The stuffed sopapilla was very good. Menu was an interesting mix of classic diner and Mexican choices.

The Oasis has been around a long long time. Other places come and go while it quietly plugs along offering yummy breakfasts, and my favourite - the Oasis Burger.
It is old-fashioned - not fancy, not a lot of fanfare, but it is good food,
and it is steady, dependably open when they say they will be!
I try to go at least once a week, and when you are passing Raton in I-25,
it is definitely worth the stop!

One of our favorite places in Raton. We always get the burgers, but have had the Mexican as well. The homemade fries are the clincher.
