Great burgers and tater tots! We were quickly seated and service was prompt and friendly. Food portions were much larger than we expected for the price. Great value. We were both impressed with how juicy and flavorful the burgers were. Also the veggies were fresh. The dining area is nothing to write home about but the food and service more than mes up for that. Bathrooms clean too.
We went with a party of seven. The service was slow. Our drinks never got refilled. I ordered a Sweet Shop Burger with green chile and fries as my side. The hamburger patty had a good taste and the green chile tasted good. The fries were alright. My boyfriend ordered a stuffed sopapilla with red chile on the side. It was okay...a little bland and the chile wasn't spicy but had some flavor. I doubt I'd eat there again, especially since we don't live in Raton. I've...
Cool local restaurant, right off the highway, with great food, but on a Sunday, the service was slowwwww. Took ten minutes to get a menu and thirty minutes for the server to take my order, eventhough I was just one person and only wanted biscuits and gravy.
