I went to this location to specifically get a green chile grilled cheese since only NM locations offer green chile. When my order came out, I realized they forgot to add the green chile. They were very friendly and remade the grilled cheese in a timely manner. I was able to tell right away that they made it correctly the second time because there was so much green chile that is was coming out of the sides of the sandwich. That sandwich was so delicious and I appreciate the staff working to get the order right.

Well at first we couldn't get our mobile app to work after that the two stars we pulled into were out of order and then they were out of a few of the things we wanted rather than that the server was great the food that we did get was good

I'm not from Raton and was accustomed to another Sonic, which has an indoor seating area. It's important to note that this one DOES NOT! I walked into what appeared to me to be a door to a place a customer can order food and then sit down and eat it. Not so. I walked right into the kitchen. Don't do that. Don't try to enter this Sonic.

I visited many times before as Sonic rarely disappoints. I ordered the hatch green Chile cheeseburger and it was amazing!! The combination of flavors is tremendous paired with a delightful Chile cheese tot and sipped on a blue coconut slush. MMMMM YUM!

The cheese sticks were hot. Shake was cold. After the screen said Mary was on her way, no Mary appeared. After 5 minutes I pushed the red button a man told me my order wasn't ready, but when it was it would be brought out to me. There were only 3 other cars there. And the girl that did bring my order didn't seem to be having a good day.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Ordering box didn’t work. We sat in line at drive thru for 15 minutes. The staff is so so rude. This town did not impress me at all.
Actually I would rate a minus. My orange cream slush had little black bugs throughout it!🤮 I will never go to this Sonic again!

Clean location with shade. Sonic offers in-vehicle dining or carry out. I ordered via the app and the food was fresh and delicious. The drinks were also, just don’t understand how they always get something wrong in the order. Ordered the blueberry lemonade and got a strawberry. It was great also, just not what I ordered. This location has always been dependable for quality food compared to others and I do appreciate that very much.
