While the food was reasonably decent it certainly wasn't anything special. We received low quality hot food that was without issue or flavor. I found the service extremely slow and almost lame bordering on disjointed. I really wish Sonic would either raise prices, cut quality or reduce quantity. Unfortunately it's almost impossible not to notice that Sonic has aggressively fallen into corporate GREED-FLATION and in a reckless abandonment of common sense, Sonic has willfully, intentionally and deliberately done all three with great focus. Given the low quality of the "food" offered on the menu, l found most menu items here are noticeably overpriced and under performing. Staff indifference really isn't helping retain customers. I might return depending upon my level of hunger, otherwise this one is a solid skip.

Was my first time trying the smashburger. I was not too pleased. They do not offer a single, and it was just meat, cheese, pickles, and a dry bun. It was very tasty by very greasy. It could be improved with option toppings.

It is one of the best Sonics that I have been to in a very long time! Busy, busy holiday weekend, and they were prompt, courteous, and the food was great. I know this sounds weird, but my grilled cheese was fluffy, and they didn't just clump on my pickles, they spread them out. Everything else was on point as well. Way to go, Raton, NM!

Our Boy Scout troop attacked this place and they handled us well. Fast service and hot food.
If I could give 0 stars I would! We waited over 30 minutes for our food, never got it, tried to call again to see how much longer, and they never answered! We ended up just leaving and going somewhere else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND wasting your time and money at this place.

The worst Sonic we have EVER been to. The Orange Cloudcicle Float was fantastic, but everything else was disgusting. The meat had been cooked beyond leather, and the sandwiches we got were obviously thrown together with little regard for anything resembling good food. We've never had such a horrible food experience at a Sonic, We thought that because we had to wait so long to place our order, we would at least get good food. But alas, this was not to be. To add insult to injury, the man behind the counter who finally took our order was rude and rushed. All in all, yuk! We won't be going back, and we just moved here.

Great Sonic to stop at on a road trip! We had a big order, & not only did this Sonic get it out in an amazingly short amount of time, but the order was perfectly correct! Not to mention the staff was kind. Food tasted like good ole Sonic & containers were full, hamburgers filled & not skimped on. I think other Sonic employees should come to this location to train! Good job Sonic Raton!
