Very small inside with very few booths! They are quick to wait on you and you get food fast! They are friendly. Wish there was better seating...but you get what you get and they stayed open after October fest! Thankful for that...most of Red River shut down and they stayed open!

Stopped here for a quick bite before offloading. Got the enormous loaded potato, covered with tasty brisket. Incredible, delicious, what more can I say about this killer little restaurant?

My husband and I came in for lunch. I ordered the chicken fried steak, which seemed a little over done but tasty. Fries were great and the coleslaw should have been cut smaller for eating. Hubby had the chicken fajita burrito which he said was pretty good. There were quite a few flies inside although we did note all of the ‘catchers’. But the tables were Super sticky YUK! The guy who was cleaning them just used a wet rag. The tables need HOT SOAPY(Dawn works best on grease) water. We like to support small businesses like this and give them tips to make their business grow. In this environment I would suggest stucco on the outside to make it look better. Have a Blessed day!

My husband and I are from Amarillo, Texas. We stayed in Red River, 3 days. 3 days breakfast, 3 days lunch. They are only open from 7am til 2pm right now! We made it a point to be back on time to eat! lol. Great food, reasonable prices, very friendly staff. 2 egg breakfast with bacon or sausage, English Muffins, Chopped brisket BBQ sandwich, Hamburgers and fries, oh did I mention keep your cup! The atmosphere is super laid-back, making it a perfect place to start your day. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasure. Great brisket sandwiches, they have a smoker and you can smell there BBQ from all over town taste as good as it smells,a must try place when you are in Red River NM, save your plastic cup they do free refills when you return with one of their cups, closes at 2 pm so dont wait too late to get there
