Me and another Gentleman were standing close by to hear our names to called for food and were told to get away from the pick up line and they will call us. We informed the lady that we both have bad hearing and the track next door makes it were we can not hear. Would recommend a better system in place if this is the way you need to wait on food.

A favorite for my daughter. Just a small track going round and round but she seemed to have fun. As a side note, the single rider carts go faster than the double ones. So if you plan on racing someone then plan

Was a very nice place to take my kids and the staff was nice. The only complaint was the price. $15 a person and you get about 10 mins of driving. Besides that it was fun.

Good food. Disappointing service. The food was pretty decent enough. A little pricy but they gave tons of tots. The tots were really crispy which was nice, however they were a little on the greasy side. The burger was pretty satisfying as well. The service really left a lot to be desired. We arrived in the middle of the afternoon and everywhere was closing. We got there and they told us they are closing at 2:45. It was 2:30. They then proceeded to rush us to order and made us feel pressured and stressed while trying to get food. I don’t know if the lady had someone to get home to but she was in such a hurry. Just disappointing service honestly.

This place has the worst service I have ever had. We opened the umbrella due to the hot temperatures. There was a slight breeze but the restaurant down the street had them open. The manager became super rude and yelled at my husband for opening it. "Sir we have the closed for a reason, close it back." When he asked why because the restaurant down the street had them open. She said it is super windy and said "I'll just give you your money back from my purse." Wth. Your food is not that good. Eaten here before. Just wanted something easy. Will make sure everyone knows about your attitude too!!!

Took my kids to Red River in 2021 (August); they desperately wanted to ride the go-carts. We were there for 4 days, and not once was this place open (despite the sign claiming they open at 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Asked the man in the front (where the food is served) and he yelled for another guy (kid/late teens?) and the kid said they were not open, they had appointments because, well "that's life, and sometimes they can't be open all the time." Then, he went on to say they were remodeling! And they'd be bigger, and better if we gave them time. Asked them how long and he said "if you come back next year we'll be here with better a better track!" There was another family with kids behind us that looked disappointed as well. They told us they would for sure be open at 10 a.m. the next day, but the next day came and it was the same sad sob story.Fast forward ... it's now August, 2022. Brought all 5 of my kids here again. Been here 4 days, haven't seen them open once. Went to the window again today, at 11:30 a.m., where the food is being served, and the older man yelled at the young adult (Nate I believe?) who came out and said "oh. Yeah. We're not open. We actually open at 10 a.m."I said "yeah, well it's 11:30 a.m. so...."He goes "oh. We had appointments. You know. Life and all. Can't be here all the time. We will be here tomorrow though. Prob. around 10 a.m. Come then."I told him that's what he said last year, and he laughed (sarcastically?) and turned around to walk off.I have 5 kids... 6-16 in age. They were NOT impressed. In fact... my 12 year old said "sounds like they have no work ethic.. sounds like they live a life of excuses. Sad stuff, wonderful opportunity there in the heart of town, but without a work ethic and customer service skills, it's no surprise they aren't bursting at the seams with people who want to ride."So every time we walk by the track, it's empty. Food place is usually closed too... while every, other, establishment in RR is busy and bursting with folks... this place is dead on arrival. Just save your kids and yourself the hassle and don't bother.
Great breakfast burritos! Thank you for putting in real green chili! Burritos were built very well, and never unraveled, every bite had the perfect amount of meat, cheese, hash browns, and green chilli...

Fun place. Karts run great.
Staff was not the friendliest and the brakes on the karts didn't work. Would not do again
My Grandson loved it. Small track but great memories made.
Card machine wasn’t “working.” So we were asked to get cash. Paid in cash and immediately after taking the money, they told us we couldn’t ride due to an accident on the track even though we were the only customers there within the last half hour at least. Refused to give us a refund while being repeatedly mocked and made fun of by several disrespectful employees. Owner showed up drunk and still refused to give us our money back. I would not recommend giving this business the time of day. You will likely be scammed.
