Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service was great, food was decent but nothing fancy, was quite, id give it 5 stars of the food was cooked correctly. Burger was pink and mushy and not cooked all the way. Other then that the waitress was very attentive and respectful, not one to complain about our food so we just tipped her well and excused ourselves.

Went in on a Sunday just before noon. Wasn’t very busy and asked to sit in bar area to watch football, there were about 7 games going but every single tv in the bar and restaurant was playing the same game. Host looked panicked when I asked to sit in bar so we just sat in normal area. There was only 3 other tables sitting when we went in so it was pretty dead. Took a while to get our order placed and food seemed to take longer than it should have but whatever. Food was ok just slightly better than fast food but not good for a sit down place. Service was terrible waitress was hardly ever seen. Had to ask multiple times for basic things. Had to flag her down to get refills, and to pay. Somehow she managed to put us at the only table that didn’t have a tablet to pay on so we had to wait on her to do our bill, and that was just as slow as everything else. Just an overall bad experience with food that wasn’t really with it.

Adrianna helped us and was stellar the entire time! She anticipated our needs and was so kind! I am so glad she was our server! There was a small issue that didn't require new food to be prepared, but she compt a dessert! We told her that wasn't necessary! But she went above and beyond! Thanks Applebee's for providing us a great family spot to celebrate!

We ended up getting the dim witted rude waitress who seemed to not know what she was doing at all and we gave up and had to ask for another server. If I did not know that Allan Funt had died years ago I would have been looking around for the camera. She had no excuse as she claimed to have been working there for seven years and knew the menu by heart. Food was good but the experience killed the appetite .

Good place overall, I just wish they would upgrade their menu. Same old selections, , food is always good and the drinks too. Employees are nice and friendly as compared to a year ago, one lady stood out above the rest, and I will definitely come back..

The beer was super cold and the food was super hot, right out of the kitchen! Had the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. Went for the 9pm happy hour and didn't expect it to be so good being so late. Service was on point as well. Might make a regular thing of this.

It was my birthday and we wanted to go out and have a nice dinner... that nice dinner quickly turned into when can we leave. Our server Monique C(what our reciept said. She didn't tell us her name) was not existent and when she was around she was EXTREMELY RUDE! Rolling her eyes had a rude tone like she didn't want to help us. The hosts were amazing so friendly and the other server whose name is alyssa helped us a lot, when our server was walking around on her cell phone, was extremely nice! Now our food only issue was we got pasta and it was just dry noodles with dry chicken on top when we asked for more sauce just on the side to add to it 1.she gave attitude when we asked 2. It took about 5 minutes to get. Another issue i had just got my water i ordered and again another server helped get me a new one because my cup was dirty and had a bug floating on the top. And we were brought lemons with our water and there was chicken on the lemons. We were not a needy bunch at all and didn't ask for much besides a side of ranch and extra sauce for our pasta which we got charged for although she clearly saw our pasta had none! Anything else minor we needed we asked someone else who was actually around. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here it was by far the worst experience I've ever had and I will never return to this location.
