Service and food was horrendous!! Had to practically beg for drink refills . Food took forever to get out and was cold. No sauces available. The bacon was not cooked, didn’t eat to avoid anv food poisoning! Our waitress was attentive to other tables and forgot about us!

Caitlin S Was incredibly rude and dismissing. We were the only table in the restuarant and were able to hear her scream about us in the kitchen. Very awkward. Unsure of what we did but we will NOT be coming back. Manager also assumed we could not afford meal.

I went in for a meal and had the server Caitlin s. She was very rude and made my entire experience uncomfortable I’ve heard a women yelling from the back made me feel very uncomfortable to come back

We came here on October 10th for dinner. The place was only about 1/3 full and the hostess hesitated to seat us. She went to talk to the manager and when she finally came back she said he told her to tell us to wait 7 minutes. Then 15 minutes later she got permission to seat us. Why such a long wait to be seated when the place hardly had any customers? Very Disappointing.
The waitress we had was nice, but very slow and not very attentive. More customers slowly came in and were seated with little to no wait. Lucky them they had no 15 minute wait.
Because of practically no service for so long after being seated, we were about to get up and walk out. The waitress finally came back so we hesitantly stayed.
The food was decent, but when we needed or wanted something our slow waitress was nowhere to be found.
We may come back or we may try another location first before considering coming back here.

Where do I even start… the second I walked in they sat us down which was great BUT, around 15 minutes went by and we still weren’t asked what we would even like to drink. And then another 15 minutes and NOTHING! The place wasn’t even busy. Every waitress/waiter walked right past us
making eye contact and still NOTHING! And right to the left of us TWO waitresses were just cleaning up a table, we were sitting there for 30 minutes with no service what so ever it got to the point where we just stood up and left. DO BETTER APPLEBEES!!!
