I ordered several things to try since I had not been here before. Fried oyster platter ...oysters ok, but it is New Mexico...not easy access to fresh seafood. Didn't seem super fresh. Boudin balls great, a little kick, very nice. Gumbo with shrimp, jambalaya with shrimp delicious, the best 2 things I got. Definitely order again. We got there at a busy time on Friday and the cooks in the Kitchen were amazing and fast. The owner was working the register with enthusiasm and energy. All of the food was fantastic for all 6 of us, and it was all of our first time to eat there. Highly recommend!

I saw they had peach cobbler cheesecake on FB, but it had been posted an hour prior. I called to see if they had any left because they sell out super quick on everything, and they had just taken one out to put in the case. Thank goodness I live about 8 mins away. Was able to get 2 pieces, and man, let me tell you. It was so good! I ate every crumb. If you are in the Rio Rancho area, make a special trip to K'Lynn's. It's worth it!
