My favorite is the Huevos Rancheros. This is a big breakfast! 3 over easy eggs, each on its own corn tortilla, covered with grilled veggies and served with wonderful rice and refried beans. Not your average Huevos Rancheros. This is something a little different and well worth the exploration! Been eating here for years and it’s always great. OUR GO TO PLACE FOR MENUDO! ITS A GENEROUS SERVING AND OH SO GOOD. BEST IN RIO RANCHO FOR SURE! WE'VE TRIED OTHER PLATES HERE TOO AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THE FOOD IS GREAT AND THE SERVICE IS GREAT.
Food was amazing my family are from Tijuana Baja California & when I saw this place I just said to myself I have to try this Baja Mexican Food.
