We got the ponderosa pomelo with peach popping boba, strawberry icee with blueberry popping boba, and oreo shake with regular boba and they were all delicious! The "Boba Man" was so friendly and made ordering super easy. Made spot on recommendations based on us and what we were looking for. It was a great experience and even better drinks.“

“I was looking for somewhere to get something to drink while I was waiting and ended up stopping here. It was a very cute little place, very clean, and everyone behind the counter was amazing. We ordered a matcha Ube Latte, strawberry milk tea, honey Jasmine tea, chocolate creme brulee smoothie, chai milk tea, and a Matcha Mochi Waffle. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and the waffle was delicious.“

“This place is normally pretty good and it’s the best boba place I’ve had so far, but they forgot something in my drink. I ordered the lychee green tea with boba and mango stars, I got the boba and lychee pieces that the drink already came with, but none of the mango. It was kind of annoying because I wanted to try it with the mango specifically, but oh well. I get if you didn’t have any, but you could have edited the website to say that so I wouldn’t waste money on nothing“

“I found this place on a Google search and spent the afternoon doing some computer work. I don't recommend the iced tea as it is not made there but some sort of purchased nastiness. However the cupcake was yummy and everyone buying smoothies.or boba seemed very happy and those drinks looked good. When I'd been there a while, they brought me a water too, without asking. I mentioned I didn't like the tea and she brought me a different kind which I tried to refuse but she insisted. I wasn't up to trying it but took it home (it's sealed) so maybe my kid will like it. Did not see any of the coffee drinks but it was evening when I was there. They obviously have regulars and the place is huge and quiet and super clean. I will be back as it's a great place to get things done and not crazy busy like some of the more popular coffee shops. No more iced tea but I'll try something else next time. Doesn't matter to me as I just really needed a place to work where I couldn't get distracted by either coworkers or pets or the laundry! :)“

This place is really good, and the workers are consistently really fast and nice. There are definitely some drinks that are way better than others. I really like the Thai tea, classic milk tea, matcha, and coffee milk tea. The taro and the winter melon are not my favorite, and once I ordered the cheese topping and while it was tasty, I felt ill afterwards. Sometimes they give you way more boba than other times, and I often feel like when I put my phone number in it doesn’t go through to give me points working towards a free beverage. Overall, this is a great place.“

“This is our go-to boba spot. The drinks are good, lots to choose from, and always consistent!

The only reason I took off a star is because they do not have their non-caffeinated drinks labeled. As someone who can not have caffeine, it is bothersome to ask which drinks don't have caffeine. As well as that, I have received different answers a few times.

“August 3 2025. Wasn't sure what to expect and love to try new restaurants. I have reviewed hundreds of restaurants and this place is in my top 10. The beef bowl with a medium heat was outstanding. Place was clean but the table next to us was never cleaned and our drinks were never filled. The restaurant was 1/4 full and the wait staff was busy but just lacked in our area. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to all.“

“One of the OG's here in the Q. Splendid Seasonal drinks. Always bright! 4.5 stars in my book. Reading new menus every season is nice! Boba quality and customet service has varied since this place first opened but its still an excellent spot for chill hangouts. Kid friendly. Just make sure they chew the boba a lot lest it gets stuck. They don't have usable public restrooms otherwise this would be a 5.“

“It was a fun new experience. I don't know that I would have ordered the same things if I went back, but because it was so busy I didn't have a lot of time to learn the menu.
Everything was fresh and tasty.
The very best part for me was the corn.. absolutely delicious.
There were a few tables along one wall. It looked like those were more to just sit at while waiting for your food -- this isn't really a dine in place, which worked because it was very small and not super clean. Next time I will pick the order up and have a picnic!“
