Customer Maps

Waited for 7 minutes at the drive up ordering kiosk to pick up an online order. No apologies, no communication. Then when I pick up my order it's cold, drinks not ready nor filled, and again no communication or apology. Happens 90% of the time. Done with Burger King. Thanks!

Takes forever to get order taken in drive thru as well as getting to the window. Chicken Sandwiches are WAY overcooked and sandwiches have WAY too much mayo on them. I just threw them away they were so unpleasant to eat.

You can’t really have it your way - at least not at this location.

I always order using coupons, today for the first time ever I was told I was unable to upgrade to a large. And the attendant was audibly annoyed when asking for no salt on the fries (because they consistently over salt and I figured I’d save us both some time).

Recently remodeled but food is the same old mid hamburger. I think they need to go back to just a simpler menu like back in the day. BK needs to change there fry oil cus it's gross and your fired are dried out. And I ordered a whopper and got a plain old bum like they went to Walmart and bought them. Must have not got the bread order. No sesame bun.

I have come to this place several times since the remodel. Every single time I pull up to one of the two drive throughs, they do not acknowledge me. The other lane gets a car, they're right on point. I sit there through two other cars, and pull up to the window. They tell me they cannot place an order at the window. There is a complete system failure here, and I hope management realizes they spent a million dollars renovating a building that can't even take orders to receive money.
