I ordered door dash and the medium fries I ordered wasn't in the bag. Burger king seals their bags so nothing was taken out. I have tried calling them atleast 20 times and they never answer the phone. Shame on them for taking my money and not giving me what I ordered. They really should make this right.
I pulled up and last asked me what I wanted and I said give me a sec and she said order when ready. So then I tried ordering and no response. Then I tried getting her attention, no response. Waited 7 mins with a car behind me too and tried getting her attention, again no response. I ended up driving away. It was about 35 mins before close but I've been too plenty of BKs before close and ordered what I've wanted and they've always been able to make anything other than ice cream sometimes. Idk it was very rude especially when I knew someone was there and the establishment was open. Maybe close earlier if you don't want to serve ppl that late🤷🏽♀️

Super slow drive thru. No way to get out of the drive thru. Toddler started screaming in the back because it took so long.

Ordered lunch. Got home. Chicken fries meal. They gave us really old fries and chicken fries. Chicken fries were hard as a rock as we're fries. Went back, they fixed the Chicken fries but left the original old fries in bag. We go there a lot. My daughters favorite place. This isn't the first time this has happened with this team. Future shoppers, If the female team is working there buy your food, haven't had any issues with the food when they're working. If the guy team is working, don't buy from here. This team doesn't take pride in their work and will serve you whatever and don't care, it's just a job to them. When I pull up and I see this team, I will go somewhere else and advise you do the same.
Yesterday afternoon at around 7 pm I went to buy a meal and I was once again tremendously disappointed, as always, the bread was stale and their Whoopers were cold and the cheese was cold and not melted. This isn't my first experience with this same problem. I don't know if it's their cooks or maybe it's another problem, but I don't recommend this place at all and it's not my first complaint.
