The cook was already saying that it wasn't wrong but the lady on the front counter was quick to show her it was and to remake the food. “My granddaughter and I stopped in the drive through on Unser today around 3:45. It was after a few errands and I know I was getting irritable. We were greeted through the speaker with amazing customer service. At the window after paying, my granddaughter mentioned that she really liked his positivity. He had us pull around to bring out our food and my granddaughter wanted me to tell him how we appreciate his attitude and energy. He brought our food out quickly and continued to exude friendly and cheerful service. He provided the best service and attitude I’ve received from an employee at any business that I can ever recall. “I used to only go to the one on 4th st but I’ve been here 2-3 times now and there was a girl here today who is an absolute sweetheart. We misheard each other while ordering but she fixed it right away and she was a delight to deal with. So polite! “Love their hamburgers. Had the double burger which cuts down on carbs and it is the bomb. French fries were hot and fresh as they should be. Have had their grilled chicken and their salads and they are great. Employees greet you and are not annoyed if you have special requests. Have had their sausage gravy over jalapeño cheddar biscuits so many times I've lost count. Always tasty and hot. And if, on a bad day, something is not up to par, they jump at the opportunity to fix it. Give them a try if you haven't.“

“We just made a move from Colorado to Rio Rancho NM. First time stepping into Blake's Lotaburger, Wow!!! Blake's puts All of those other burgers joints to shame. Where do I start, the fries were hot, crispy and delicious ? the hamburger was freshly made hot and delicious, the onion rings were so crispy ?, the shakes were cold a bit frozen and yes...delicious!!! Can't wait to go back. Never will visit Mcd's or BurgerKing again!!!“
