“Worse Customer Service EVER. Just yesterday, Friday.-The cashier not only refused to put on gloves before serving food, after handling money, but was also very rude. Who Trains these people ? We are living in a COVID ENVIRONMENT and you refuse a request to put on gloves ? What type of way is this to treat your customers ? This cashier needs to be retrained on Customer Service and FOOD PREPARATION. My sister and I have been eating Churchs Chicken for over 40 years and have visited this location on Southern Blvd in Rio Rancho before. I myself am a Customer Service Mgr and have been in Customer Service for over 35 years. This is without a doubt some of the WORST Customer Service I have EVER EXPERIENCED. I took my refund and left the establishment. I would like to think that someone who is serving FOOD for a living would have the common decency and common sense to wear gloves. The cashier's reply to me when I inquired as to why she was handling money and then handling food without gloves was "no restaurant is using gloves ". Which of course we all know is a false statement. Did this cashier really think that I just flew in from Mars, and that this particular restaurant was my first restaurant stop ever ? I mean REALLY, who hires and Trains these people ? MY message to CHURCH'S, Fix this issue. You have lost some longtime customers at least at this location, and probably will lose MORE customers. YOU are serving FOOD for GOODNESS SAKE !! Clean this up!!!!! Retrain your people on FOOD PREPARATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE, and MANNERS please. I normally am not the type of person who writes reviews, but I felt that this was warranted. Thank you.“

“Excellent service for our meal prep! The Teriyaki chicken sandwich and crispy chicken strips were unbelievably fresh and flavorful. The chicken strips had the perfect crunch and were packed with taste. Don’t miss out on their wide selection of drinks and delicious chips—there are so many tempting options on the menu. The store owner was also incredibly kind and friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.“

“I've been here twice in the past week.And it was amazing.The only thing I didn't like was.I was trying to go get the big dinner box 47 dollars as they prescribed on the commercial and when I got there, I was told I had to do it online or I couldn't get the deal.And I didn't have my phone, so I had to pay twenty dollars almost for the six for literally the same thing, that they're giving away 47 dollars, the only thing that was different was I bought a soda and added one chicken a drumstick and two apple pies to the order and it became a way bigger price than I was supposed to have paid the commercial doesn't say that you have to order online only to get that deal.So that was upsetting the first time I went, but I ended up ordering it online.The second time I didn't get the second wing in the two apple pies, so I did get it for the seven dollars.But that was my only disappointment.But the food was fresh and it was amazing.And the taste was wonderful.I do think they need to add more gravy to the mashed potatoes.Though cuz I feel like i'm getting jipped, on that part, but other than that, it was great.Keep up the good work people, please“

“I came to this Church's after having a not so pleasant visit at the one in Rio Rancho. I came in and asked if they took the coupon I had, they did and I had the 5 piece tenders (2 can dine). This was a more pleasant experience than the one in Rio Rancho. Restaurant was clean and staff were pleasant as well. I will come back to eat here.“
