I was randomly brought to this little gem of a place this morning. I had a cinnamon roll and it was AMAZING 👏! The service was so friendly, business clean, and the music was at a perfect volume. Now that I have discovered this place, I plan to go often.

I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The Cinnamon Rolls are AMAZING!!! You all have to go try this place EVERYTHING is delicious. The owner is an amazing mother just seeing her trying to make her dreams come true for her and her children. That’s awesome she is teaching them the work ethic at a young age. Sometimes we have to take our children to work but REGARDLESS people need to be respectful and mindful of others situations it doesn’t change the quality of her Baked Goods and her service.

Tucked away small bakery, family and locally ran with reasonable prices. My kiddos loved their goodies! If you find yourself in Rio Rancho give them a try! They do a cars and coffee thing there on Sundays I believe too!

We absolutely love this little gem in Rio Rancho! I love that there is heart and soul in this place. Many places miss that mark. By the way.. best dang Cinnamon Rolls ever 🩵😋

We love Delectable Baking Co 🩵 a little hidden gem in Rio Rancho!

I’ve been here a few times now and their cinnamon rolls are my favorite in the Albuquerque area! This morning I had the pain au chocolate and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. And I’ve been to France twice!

Used to be really good, now it's just the owners daycare center, running around with a baby in her arms, never has product available, small selection. 1/2 effort = negative results.

I love coming to this amazing little bakery. The owner, you can tell she makes the pastries out of love. She is very sweet and kind. Great service.

First time here and everything was perfect 🥰The sweet bread was delicious especially the kolache. The owner was super sweet and kind. I wish I had bought more of kolache with green chili and bacon 😇 The non coffee was great too. Will be coming back soon

Can't comment on the food because they don't have anything gluten free, egg free, dairy free on hand. You have to special order it. Great staff, very personable.

Took one sip from Dubai Latte & said WOW out loud. The enormous cinnamon bun I brought home as a treat for my husband, he had half for dinner dessert and the other half the next morning for breakfast. The bakery smells heavenly when you walk in. Definitely going back.
