Wait time is the worst! 15min in d.u. for mobile order placed way ahead. Expect to wait 2-3 min before they even speak to you through mic. Almost never have donuts requested. They also ran out of milk at one point. Disappointing!!!The only reason I go back is the guy that has been there in drive up is very polite and professional.

Every single time I come here they are out of almost all donuts. The “sandwich” machine or press or whatever is always broken or being “cleaned” so no sandwiches or omelet bites. Flavors are out so you can only order 2 drinks. Seasonal donuts are unheard of because they are always out. The line is always all the way down the street, they make you wait forever until the car ahead gets their order to take the next order on the intercom. The only way you get out of there without waiting 30 mins plus just to be told they’re out of everything is go inside run in and leave. This Dunkin looks gorgeous and new but is completely pointless and has turned me off to Dunkin completely. I just spend the extra $ for Starbucks
