Waited in line for 15 mins, while watching them all get out and look at someone's car while having a line. Not to mention the wait it took to get my order taken. Very unprofessional & probably not going back to this location.

One of the best Dutch bros I’ve visited, great staff that deliver great customer service to make for great customer experiences. Highly recommend the picture perfect with protein milk. Protein for after the gym and enough caffeine to get through the rest of the day especially if you have kids 😂

I placed a mobile order shortly after my child’s swim lesson at the nearby swim school; it’s barely a minute away, so I showed up at the drive thru just a couple of minutes after putting the order in. As they were making the drink, one of the workers audibly complained about how it’s their “pet peeve” whenever someone puts a mobile order in and shows up right away. A drive thru is functionally the same, so do they feel the same about all drive thru orders as well? Sorry for relying on the convenience of the app and inconveniencing you by not waiting some arbitrary amount of time before showing up to the window.
The drink was fine, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I always order a medium lemonade. I got home with my drink sat down and noticed brown sediment at the bottom of my drink. I called the 1-800 number and nothing was done.

The driveway for the drive thru is often blocked. I can't see the cones until I ready to turn, the street isn't wide enough to make a quick u-turn. The other driveway is mainly for exiting, if you have a long vehicle it's a bit tight if another vehicle is trying to exit. I've been to other Dutch Bros with small cramped drive thrus that were much easier to maneuver.

I went to Dutch Bros this morning with my birthday coupon. I got two drinks: a sugar-free Green Tea Double Rainbow and a Golden Eagle. When I tried the Golden Eagle, it tasted bad. The milk seemed old or spoiled.
I drove back to Dutch Bros to tell them about the problem. They were quick to help and made me a new Golden Eagle right away.
I usually like this Dutch Bros, but getting a drink with bad milk was scary. They fixed it fast, which was good. But it made me worry about how fresh their ingredients are.
Even though they handled it well, I hope they'll check their milk more carefully from now on. It's not fun to get a drink that might make you sick.
