I feel that a cup of coffee, a bagel, & a smear shouldn't cost over 8.50$ The tables are never wiped, employees are slow to acknowledge customers, they don't listen to preferences & chairs are very uncomfortable! I asked for my smear to be on the side & they elected to ignore the request. For years I boycotted the location because once I ordered a dozen bagels & the employee refused to halve them for me! Went in today.. I could not believe the dining room was still closed.. ridiculous . The customer service was good. I will not be coming back. Let’s move on people!!
Call in order: Lox and bagels. Not enough onion or capers. Corporate only allows 5 capers per bagel. Stupid. I asked for toasted. No toasted.
Order wasn’t even made 20 mins. later.
