Delivery orders are always on point at this location, even on busy days. The crew does a fantastic job handling the rush while maintaining a positive attitude. I've seen it many times! And of course, the bagels are delicious.

I went their for the first time since moving here from Dallas,Texas. These bagel didn’t taste fresh they were slightly hard. Very disappointing. I’ll find a better place.

The food is good but the service and policies are trash. No cash accepted, at least they finally put more signs up. They also prompt for a tip...in the drive thru. I was going to select 0, and the lady moved the device so it selected $2. They have all of their chairs and tables put up so it's not inviting and you have to take your food to go.

I got there early, so all's well. Selection shrinks early, so if you want what you want, get there early. I loved my latte, and it was actually legit hot. I didn't have to ask them to make it extra hot like Sbux. Always love the bagels and schmears.

Poor customer service from a bunch of unpleasant staff. Waited a long time at the wrong register, they ignored me. Coffee was cold. Creamer was empty. Would not cut bagel in half. Shop has smoke inside. Bagel was good.

Went to the drive thru to order, person on speaker says all the technology is down, cash and debit/credit cards not accepted. We went at 12p and the store closes at 2p. This happened today 10.13.24, come on guys get your stuff together.

Ordered online before heading to the store. Waited a bit longer than what the estimated time frame for the order to get done, not a big deal as long as the food is correct! Got our food 25 minutes later. I have only been to this location once before a long time ago. This time around NOT GREAT!! We got home, none of the bagels were sliced as requested and they substituted a bagel without knowledge, we found this out once we got home to eat. I called and told them one of the bagels was wrong and the associate said we can refund or you can come in and get it replaced. While on the phone with them I quickly asked my daughter if she wanted to back right away and the associate said right after “well we don’t have anymore of those.” So that right there told me they purposely put in a different kind! Had they just asked or told us when we went for pickup the whole situation would be different. I prefer honesty rather than just doing that. Pretty bad service on their part!! Also while there as I said before, I’ve only been there once before so I did not know none of the bagels came with a side of cream, so I asked if any cone with cream and I got a snarky response of “Well did you order it?” Really, it was a question so if not I could buy it! This place was a joke!! Will not be back. We order 3 single bagels, 2 cinnamon and sugar and one everything.

This particular store is dirty. The tables were not clean, smeared handprints on them. The fountain area was filthy. The trash can was so gross I was afraid to touch it. The GM was extremely rude. The counter where you pick out the bagels had not been cleaned. Filled with crumbs and crème. Floors had not been cleaned. Honestly thought of calling Health Department on this location.

Second time ordering a door dash order turkey bacon and avocado sandwich with was salt chips and they fail to put the chips with the order

I know there was a comment below about this, but yes keep in mind this place doesn’t accept cash. There’s only a small sign at the register. Plus the other day they gave me the wrong food order then gave it you’ve to the next person in line.
The food is great as always just need to work on a few things.

I’ve come to this particular location many many times I actually prefer it even though I live farther away from it now I still will make the journey to this particular store because I like the service. I appreciate the customer service of the people at the drive-through because that’s usually where I goand their willingness to even adjust whatever you need to have it. Adjust in regards to And they’re willingness to even adjust whatever you need to have it. Adjust in regards to your food so yes, I would recommend this place.

Haven't been here in awhile but my daughter was in the mood for a farmhouse bagel. They were very good. The girl at the drive thru was very friendly

Dark roast should taste like a strong coffee. I got hot colored water. First time ordering from there. I will never return. If you can't not make a cup of coffee, you sure can't do a great sandwich.
