Posting this after my 4th experience. Out of 4 times I've only received one order that was correct. So I can't speak highly on the service but also the food is very bland. Eh, don't think I'll be returning.

I'm a regular here with the same order every time but the only thing they got correct in my order is the type of bagel. Every time I come there seems to be something wrong. Anyone know any bagel spots close to this one?

First time visiting this store and doubt we will ever go back. Went through drive through only to be in line 55 minutes with 4 cars in front of us. Asked if this was typical and was told they are short staffed but people walking in were coming out within 5 minutes and seeing inside it was buzzing with employees and our heated featured bagels were cold, not even noticeably warm anymore.

Today is January 30th I got my food at 7:10 AM. Whoever is the cook, this morning did a great job on my sandwich. 5 stars and he cut it in half without me asking. Love it

I’ve gone to this location three times recently for breakfast and only once was my order mostly correct (still gave me an asiago bagel instead of plain as asked) and only when I’ve gone through the drive thru. My two online orders were wrong, both times they used an asiago bagel and once they left out the bacon which I then threw the sandwich in the trash. Their food is not cheap so I expect my orders to be correct. I haven’t gone back there since I had to throw my sandwich away.

If the store is going to advertise the price of a bagel as $2.59 on the menu, then that is what I expect to pay at the register before tax. They claim the prices are going up so be aware the signature bagel is now $3.05 before tax. If you're going to raise the prices then put the new menu up and charge that price. What you have now is false advertisement.
