Charged 28$ for 2 sandwiches and a coffee both the drink and the eagles were burnt and rubbery to chewy and they didn't put the egg in my sandwich 😑

Last week bagels were made wrong and than again today. Needed to be redone Ordered coffee; none made while two guys are leaning up on bagel case. When person making my bagels said well we are busy, I told her the two guys were just leaning on counter and I interrupted them to make coffee. Poor business practices.

Posting this after my 4th experience. Out of 4 times I've only received one order that was correct. So I can't speak highly on the service but also the food is very bland. Eh, don't think I'll be returning.

Waited in line for a HOUR for 2 bagels. I mean that’s just crazy a HOUR. I won’t be coming back
I'm a regular here with the same order every time but the only thing they got correct in my order is the type of bagel. Every time I come there seems to be something wrong. Anyone know any bagel spots close to this one?
First time visiting this store and doubt we will ever go back. Went through drive through only to be in line 55 minutes with 4 cars in front of us. Asked if this was typical and was told they are short staffed but people walking in were coming out within 5 minutes and seeing inside it was buzzing with employees and our heated featured bagels were cold, not even noticeably warm anymore.
We walked all the way from West side from an assisted living. Only had cash and they couldn't have treated us any better. We're going to walk here all the time!! Thank you so so much
