I went into the Little Cesar’s at 701 Unser Blvd. SE Rio Rancho New Mexico to pick up food for my household today Sunday Feb 27 2022. I ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and 3 orders of crazy bread at 6:37. At 7:32 I finally got my order. When I ordered I was told it would be about half an hour, so I stepped out to drive through and purchase food for me since I can’t eat pizza. I preordered ten pizzas for a school function the day before I needed them. I arrived to pick them up a few minutes before the scheduled time and the pizzas weren’t started. The reason given was the employees from the previous shift did not pass on the information. I called the morning of to add three more pizzas. They were aware as they had stated the order would be ready at the pickup time of 5:00pm. This location needs to have better communication among the employees....read full review
This is a busy location and they never have any pizzas ready. And if you wait it takes them 30 -40 minutes to make it. This is the third time we have came for pepperoni pizza and left because nothing is ever ready
