Forced to tip when ordering online, then the pizza gets left on my doorstep… no customer service, and then the pizza was cold. The delivery guy didn’t even have the time to turn around and say hi… trash service
January 16 2024 Delivery was 20 min late, awkward encounter with delivery driver. Did a credit card tip (15%), and driver stood there waiting for more. Wings were cold, pizza was made so sloppy, it looked like someone forgot the chile and then slopped some on at the end. Cheese wasn’t melted in jalapeño bites, and another sloppy mess, very disappointing since I spent $77 and some change. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! If I could put half a star or less, I would! This was absolutely the worst food I have ever received from Papa John's or any restaurant. We ordered late because my husband works night shift. So my food arrived around 10:15pm. I open the boxes and it looked fine. I closed them back up and waited for my husband to arrive for lunch at around 11:30 PM. He grabs two slices and notices right away. There is hair in the pizza box.
