Michael took our order! He was very kind & friendly! He also made sure we got the best deal! We also appreciated the free small pizza for the kids because they colored in the papa John's turkey sheets! My kids loved doing that! Thank you Papa John's!

I brought the first one back because it was uncut and had pepperoni under the cheese with no garlic butter. The excuse I got was “oh he’s new” fool me once right?
As I’m waiting there with a promised time of 5-8 minutes they got music blaring and some employee is swearing casually in front of customers. If I’d of wanted that kind of vibe I’d of got pizza at Circle K at 2 AM which based off that experience seems to be what management expects here. So the lady I spoke to disappears and seems to not communicate to anyone I’m waiting on my remake because 11-12 MINUTES later someone finally asked “what’s the name on my order” wild stuff here guys.
So we get the remake and it looks better for sure but is STILL UNCUT. At this point we said screw it because it’s been an hour of this now and CUT IT OURSELVES. “He’s new” she must’ve been talking about whoever quality checks these “products”. Will not be back until someone knows how to take the safety scissors off the shelf.

Update Oct 18. Positive change! We just had a pizza from this location. No issue. Service was good and facility was clean. The pizza was also better than our last experience. See update photo.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. One of the pizza makers was preparing food without any kind of hair covering—no hair net, no hat—nothing to prevent hair from falling into the food. To make things worse, he pulled out his phone in the middle of spreading the dough, then kept making the pizza without washing his hands. That's a serious health code violation.
As for the pizza itself—it was just as disappointing. Our medium pizza came with barely 8 pepperoni slices total, and two of the slices were just burnt dough with zero cheese or toppings. It looked and tasted like an afterthought.
This will be our last time ordering from this location. I like my food without the added risk of hair, bacteria, or phone germs. Papa John’s should do better.
UPDATE: I submitted a customer service comment and the District Manager reached back out to me and apologized. He refunded my purchase and stated that they have addressed the issue with the store employees. Hopefully the store will improve its service and quality.

When we arrived the one worker was so high or drunk they were passed out in the corner. It took him a while to come to and when he finally did he was stumbling and couldn’t even communicate. He handed us an order that wasn’t correct. It was a mess. Never coming back.

Second time ordering from this store and both times the orders were wrong and the pizza looked awful and we didn’t get the extra peppers and seasonings that we paid for!

This was the worst experience ever with Papa John’s I know it was going downhill, but I didn’t think it was going this far, wrong ingredients on pizza. The crust edges were 2 inches wide. Didn’t even seem like it was a real crust like I could buy those at Walmart and make my own, had a doughy center and we asked for it to be well done because it’s been doughy before, just wondering if Papa John’s still has quality control????

I made an order online. When it came it wasn’t completely correct. Called the manager and was able to speak to a real person who gave several options to make it right. Best customer service I’ve had in a while! Thank you!! Pizza tasted good too.

Unfortunately, I wound up getting sick twice from ordering from here. The food is either burnt to a crisp or undercooked, especially the pappadillas. My latest order had burnt edges and was supposed to be a philly, however, there was nothing inside. I didn't find this out until I tried to cut it in half, took one bite, looked inside, and it was just the shell. The chocolate chip cookie dessert was hard as a rock, couldn't eat it, wound up throwing everything in the trash. Sorry, I get being swamped with orders, but there's no excuse for serving food this way. We've already been credited back for the mishap, but that isn't the point. Please do better! No one wants to pick up an order only to find out that it is inedible, especially in this economy.

I've ordered here for many years and only had trouble twice. Most commonly they forget the cups of icing in the desert. First time I called and they offered me credit on my desert. This time I was pretty frustrated cause I've never even used it but I ordered extra food that wasn't delivered AND they missed the icing cups. I waited on hold 20 min and when the manager offered to send my missing food with a desert it didn't show up. After an hour and a half I called back but she made it right by resending it. I don't blame her for some bad drivers but I did go hungry for most of the night. In the end I got my dinner and my desert is finally sweet. Patience and communication worked.
