The food is delicious and hits the spot !! Amazing tacos, salsas, and bottled sodas in the glass. The workers have always been friendly and they even noticed I didn't speak Spanish and greeted me in English and immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. I love the carne asada tacos and my fiance loves the carne asada quesadilla. A+ from me. We'll be back !!
Parking: The owner of the barber shop (66cuts) drove by and started harassing us when we parked by the food truck. He doesnt like their business and was very rude to everyone, even sanchez tacos

Sanchez tacos has been my go-to for years. Although, recently I’ve been having trouble with getting extra limes, cilantro… but today I went to the Rio rancho location and while I didn’t get her name, she went above and beyond… more than what I usually experience, she was so nice and understanding with my order. I’ve never had a more pleasant and enjoyable experience. The tacos, tortas were soooo delicious.Thank you!
