The food and drinks are always great! The service definitely needs to fixed. Maybe retraining employees to bring drinks in carriers if purchases are made in bulk(more than 2), double check that there are straws with the drinks and that orders are correct. And PLEASE fix the app!!! I love the app but it is not working at all lately!!
Usually all past experiences was on point but Ordered american style hotdog. No relish, burnt or old weenie and fries. At least the blue power aid slush was on point like the staff's energy. 😊
Had to send my food back in 4 times before they gave me what I ordered. I understand they said they were training someone but maybe after the same customer has to send in the same order a 2nd time have someone else take over? Absolutely no compensation or even offer of a coupon (which I've received in the past on messed up orders ive only had to send back once) to make up for the 20 extra minutes it took us to get our proper food that should have been a quick pick up an go...
