Calti was so rude. I said good morning and she rolled her eyes—didn’t crack a smile. Normally this makes me wonder if she is having a bad day but this girl is ALWAYS like this. Then I gave her my order and asked for light ice; she showed me on the cup how full my drink would be—2/3 full MAYBE by where she pointed. I said that’s not right—just because I want less ice.
