Over half an hour for two sandwiches. There was one guy ahead of me. The manager and one employee were in the back and one worker in the front. The manager and other employee ignored the front. Three people walked in behind me. The manager came up front talked with the first guy and then left the store. The two employees were lost with everything. It was 10:30 and half the supplies weren't out. I ordered two pretzels and they said 2 minutes. Then 10 min later I asked where they were and was told the cheese was still frozen. I ordered meals and when I asked for the cups the kids looked at me and then says oh I didn't charge you for meals.

Got a footlongon whole wheat to go & unfortunately, didn't check till I was ready to eat. The BREAD WAS MOLDY! That made me furious because they claim everything is fresh. It's NOT! It's bad enough that they don't seem to want to wait on you & they can't be bothered. I called & spoke to the manager, Nancy after the phone rang about 50+ times. I explained my problem & no apologies or anything. I will definitely take what is left (took 2 bites) & my husband who'd been working all morning had eaten his half already, better get my $ back. I won't bother with this location again after reading all the NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THIS LOCATION. DO MOT recommend.

Doodashed two sandwiches, with 2 drinks, and 2 chips, and only recieved the sandwiches and a drink. Really disappointed by the service here. And when the food arrived it was dry as well.

Super bad customer service. We arrived, said hello, and no one answered, nor did they ask us what we needed. We stood there waiting for more than 5 minutes for someone to serve us. Another person arrived and then they served him without saying anything to us, they totally ignored us. I felt totally discriminated against.

I walk in to order 2 sandwiche l. When I walked in the employees looked like they were bugged and mad because I was there. I asked for the new spicy nacho steak sandwich that I saw on a commercial last night and the employees said they are not making that anymore. I asked him why it's a new sandwich and the manager came out and said they don't have the bread for the sandwich. I told them to just put it on regular white bread and then they ask me what kind of cheese I want on the sandwich as if they didn't know what goes on the sandwich, it's just nacho cheese and that's what the commercial shows. I don't understand what's wrong with these young kids these days, their lazy and don't want to work so they provide poor customer service and they don't pay attention. And management is poor these days as well and nobody will tell them anything about these bad reviews.

I love Subway but sadly this time I had a bad experience with the servers there was a young lady who with a bad attitude take my family’s order we didn’t say anything because we understand
how frustrating can be sometimes.
But we had a cookie that it was old and I went to exchange it nicely,she tried to give me the dirty bag that I gave her and I ask her nicely to exchange it. She did but she still wear the same gloves that after she touch the bag went back and make more sandwiches. She also threw our sandwich at us. It felt as we were targeted by her.

The young boys they have working in there have no interest in their job. It is very obvious they do not want to be there and it shows in there preparation of the sandwiches, it was absolutely the wimpiest sub sandwich ever! And I had to pay eight dollars for it.

I had my husband pick up an app order nothing complicated the new titan turkey which is advertised to have 33% more meat which made sense instead of ordering a regular and paying extra for more meat, i’ve had issues with this location before but gave them another try and AGAIN they messed up my order the sub was made Wrong, pepperoni dippers Missing the dipping sauce, when my husband called to speak to a manager about having the order remade She was extremely rude! and refused to do it even though the only requirement is to bring your receipt she demanded the food back my husband dropped it off to me on his lunch break and couldn’t go all the way back, I had to eat Im a diabetic the Sub tasted horrible(dry,wrong toppings/No extra meat) the pepperoni dippers were so dry without sauce they we’re Not edible ! I use to work in the food industry there is NO reason ever to treat a customer like that! I will be contacting corporate I would NOT recommend going to this location!

Cheba Hut has 3 locations, and they're all excellent. The toasted subs are unique and loaded with so much meat and veggies that you get yumminess in every bite. The Garlic Bread is awesome. If you ever get the chance, I would highly recommend this place anytime. Plus they're open late.
