I made made an online order waited 20 minutes to go pick it up. I showed up and they had no idea about my order. They found the receipt for my order thrown in the counter. No big deal right? It only takes 5 or less minutes to make a sandwich. She then proceeded to make my sandwich I reminded her I wanted it toasted as she was adding the veggies. The girl attempted to put my sandwich in the toaster veggies and all. I asked her to remove the veggies and she managed to toast my sandwich a whopping 10 seconds it seemed. Sandwich wasn’t toasted at all. She handed me my sandwich and said no more.. not even “sorry about the” “screw off” or anything.. I shouldn’t expect much from a subway with kids running the show.

Placed an order online and had the money taken out only for them to cancel the order and say I'll get my money back in a week how absolutely ridiculous I'd recommend not going to subway at all

Horrible experience at this Subway. Went in yesterday evening. The worker there, Xandra or Alex, was extremely rude. She was being rude to another customer about lids, and the fact the customer complained about that. When she walked over to help us, she seemed bothered to do her job. When I asked for an extra sandwich, even though I had asked for the correct amount to begin with so it was her that made the mistake, she expressed her frustration with having to get another bread and make another sandwich by exhaling loudly and rolling her eyes. When I asked for the manager there, she responded rudely again. After I paid and asked another worker for her name, she proceeded to argue with me. I understand pickings are slim when it comes to hiring workers, but hiring rude kids that can’t even make the sandwiches correctly (our Italian BMT sandwiches didn’t have the right meats or the correct amount) it’s bad for business. I will not be going to this Subway again, or possible any Subway in the future. I just tried calling to complain to manager and nobody answers the phone. I used to really like Subway but they have really gone downhill. If you want to be treated like an inconvenience and treated rudely by workers, come the the Subway on Ridgecrest.

I was there yesterday requesting a large order that was rather sudden. They thought it was for Superbowl Sunday at first, but when I said no, please, I actually i need it now…. the two ladies were so kind and actually got it done right away!! They were amazing. No complaints or attitude they just boogied down lol.Everything was so fresh and delicious and impeccably packaged. They included all condiments and napkins etc. The sandwiches were devoured!!! If they read this, everyone at work says thank you!!!

Never again. A year ago I had an awful experience here. The sub was inedible. Unfortunately, I had already taken it home before I discovered that. Swore this place off. Last week, I had to stop at Albertson's at lunch and was running short on time so I thought what the hell, might as well try it again. Walked in to one employee making mobile orders and another one stocking bread. Stood for 5 MINUTES before either one acknowledged I was there. No eye contact, no "we'll be right with you", nothing. Once bread guy decided to switch to waiting on a customer, I told him I wanted a meatball sub only to be told they were out of meatballs. SERIOUSLY?!? Never, ever going back to this location and probably no other Subway location based on this experience. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else or at least another location if you really want Subway!

Giving this place 5 stars for resolving the issue. I have placed mobile order for sandwich, shortly after order was placed and my card was charged, I got a call from this place notifying me that they ran out of bread and won’t be able to fulfill my order and was advised to get in touch with manager since they are not able to issue refund. I stopped my next day and explained to them my experience from previous day. Even thought the manager wasn’t present, they gladly fulfilled my order for free without any questions. Thank you for taking care of customers. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Will order from here again.

A team doing the very best they can and pushing themselves hard. Dropped by as a door dasher. I enjoy subway food and this store but knowing that despite supply chain shortages and angry people they both are doing an amazing job. They worked with me to help the customer work with a gap in the online corporate system. I wish I could do more than this. But if someone with any power there see this please reward the 2 working there tonight. 12/10. Thank you

The idea of a Subway being out of, cold cuts, lettuce, and mayo, displays a mind boggling degree of incompetence or negligent management or both. It is unfathomable how a sandwich shop could run out of the very basics, the only thing more egregious would be running out of bread.

While the place maintains a new appearance, the recent visit disappointed me. The two employees behind the counter appeared disinterested, creating a negative atmosphere. The cleanliness was lacking, requiring a thorough deep cleaning and reorganization. This Subway used to be a favorite. A minor makeover could restore its former appeal.

Walked in, 2 people already in line told me they’ve been waiting for 10 minutes, they didn’t know where the employees were. I waited 5 minutes, still no employees came out. So we all left.

The owner of this subway should be ashamed of themselves. In a business where the customer literally customizes their meals you have employees that scoff and roll their eyes when you request something. I will drive to a further subway just to not have an experience like this again.
