Ordered a quesadilla, and requested for sour cream and guacamole on the side. Also requested for pico on the side. We got the pico, but was charged for it, and never received the sour cream and guac.
Everytime I come here, there’s always something wrong with my order. And when you try to call, no one wants to answer. I like the food, only when it’s the food you ordered CORRECTLY. The Cottonwood location is excellent though!
The lady at the counter was beyond rude and unprofessional to say the very least

Cheese in the enchilada plate wasn't melted. The rice was so old I think it was from the day before. And the tortillas here are thin compared to other locations. The staff is friendly but the food sucked.

Place was very disorganized. Customers waited long periods for food. Some even asked for a refund. Staff was not communicating with each other on the orders. Ice machine has been broken for approximately 2weeks. They fill it up in the back. Very light ice 🧊 Have had better service in the past. Just seems like they lost management again.

Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes only to find there were items missing from my order, went inside and had to wait another 20 minutes for our missing items! Absolutely ridiculous. Customers had to start expressing disinterest for the kitchen to start moving!

Update!
Last night i ordered a dozen bean & cheese burritos for the fam.
Got them home and tried to eat them. Its as if someone dumped an entire salt container in the beans and the food is INEDIBLE and deadly for someone with compromised health conditions. I wasted 50 bucks on some REALLY CRAPPY burritos.
I am extremely disappointed.
I do not any longer recommend Taco Cabana.
Everything below is as it was 3 years ago. Not today.
Pretty decent food chain. All the food is fresh and hot. I stock up on bean & cheese burritos, pop one in the microwave and still good hot filling lunch. They recently had a pretty price increase due rising costs as like everywhere... So our trips will be fewer, so it'll be Taco Cabana as my first choice.

Best homemade tortillas, I order them by the dozen. Descent salsa bar w/ other garnishes. Nice outdoor patio with sliding glass doors that opens up. They also serve beer & margaritas.
