I ordered online so I could just go inside and grab my food instead of waiting 20 min in the drive thru…. Even the time from order to pickup was 20 min. Well, lobby is closed and I had to wait in the line anyway… since my food was already made, I get a luke warm dinner instead, 45 min after my order time. So much for “fast food.” Wish I could revoke the tip I left for NOTHING.
