When you order without the bun the flavor of the burger is noticeable. This was a noticeably excellent burger and accoutrements. The short rib sandwich was amazing. Very nice atmosphere and excellent service. If you ordered a shake at a top tier restaurant this shake would not disappoint.

I had the Blue Cheese Bacon burger and oh was it worth it! I love the fact that the bacon was crisp and well done (i hate underdone bacon). Also had the chocolate shake, best shake i've had in a long time, it had chocolate chips in it and chocolate sauce drizzled on top! My daughter had the Chicken Avocado dish and raved about it the whole time. Overall, fantastic meal, we will be going back.The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. we were lucky we arrived kind of early, after we sat down it started filling up fast. Well worth checking out.

First time visiting the food was great but suspicious that we and another party were the only ones there on a Friday evening. We thought sweet hidden gem. Second visit, we were the only ones in the restaurant again and I’m not complaining about there not being any other patrons in the restaurant but there is kind of an awkwardness, especially with no background music but nonetheless me and my friend ordered the exact same thing because of how good it was the first time and we were craving it and it was some of the worst food we’ve had. The first time my friend got the Brie burger it actually had a slice of Brie cheese well the second time around there was no cheese and thought that they forgot it but the waitress ended up coming back with “Brie sauce” and we mentioned the last time there was an actual cheese slice and she said “oh no this is how it comes” and just walked off. . Also the ketchup was not ketchup. It was sweet and I think it was mixed with chili sauce to dilute it. My dish was cold and the fries were old. I’m guessing the cooks were either not there that day or new ones but it was a shock because we thought this was going to be a hidden gem.

I would not advise to order delivery from here. And I would advise Upscale to forego using Doordash for their delivery service.We ordered at 5:40pm with estimated delivery or 6:35. Typical for dinner time. It's 7pm with my driver stating they picked up at 6:22. Still no food. $75 invested and food will most likely be cold and stale. Asked driver, they said, "Food is kept in on doordash bag they assign multiple orders"....awesome, nice to know my order will get to me 45 minutes + past the time it was suppose to arrive with the reason I was given about it being kept in a bag. The Doordash driver accidently called me so I decided to ask why so late and he said he was sorry and got multiple orders at the same time.Update: order arrived cold (as assumed) and totally wrong from what I ordered. Called the restaurant as I didn't realize it was through Doordash initially and had no info for them. I told them my my experience. Nicole was really nice and we talked through how the website stated wedges and they don't even make wedges. She told me she'd tell the owners of the websites mistakes and offered to refund my order. I thought this was appropriate it being cold, wrong and way over due. I'm writing this before an actual refund is submitted so if there is problem with that I will update this post. All in all, I would not order online and will try them again only because Nicole was very professional and willing to make my bad experience right. I feel like we didn't really get to experience the food either where it was so cold and not what we ordered. We both agreed Doordash is a No Go.

Upscale is not accurate at all. This food was extremely underwhelming. We got green chili doubles and they were terrible. Completely flavorless and overcooked even though we asked for medium. They gave us maybe a teaspoon worth of green chili. They didn’t season anything. The fries even came out unsalted. The bun on the burger was so stale it crumbled on the first bite. Everything about this meal was a let down. Very poor quality and flavorless food. For the price especially. $37 for two burger meals that were not even fast food level. Our food was so incredibly greasy with not nearly enough napkins, the napkins were even a let down they were basically tissue paper and left our hands looking like we used oil for lotion. We both got super sick from the food as well.

Food is so so. The burgers not much flavor. Wife had the steak fingers no flavor there as well even with the gravy. I’d suggest adding some seasoning to the food. Need something other fries as a side with burgers. Service was decent. The waitress was very attentive. No alcohol sales either. Won’t be back till at least the food is corrected.
