“Short line for drive through. Clearly spoken on squeak box, got the order correct, friendly, my chicken wraps were hot. The other Wendy's on my road trip, my wraps were cold, or Luke warm, poorly wrapped. This location got everything right, with friendly service.“
“Went through drive thur, left then discovered my burger was wrong. Had to go back but they kindly fixed it for me. They were very nice and also made me a new frostie and offered me something to drink while I waited. The manger (young gentleman) and nice woman at drive thru were very sweet. Excellent customer service. I will be back. Just check orders before you leave.“
“This place use to be rockstar as far as any Wendy's goes. I don't know if they have transitioned to new management, because they have gotten slow as molasses. This use to be my go to for years and I know the manager was consistent for a long time. It will take over 20-25 minutes to get through the drive through about 2 pm. I ordered 3 biggie bags all the exact same because I have been having this problem they always forget nugget sauce, and napkins now, and I NEVER use to have any issues whatsoever. Not even little ones. Don't get me wrong, the food is still good, I just wish they had a smoother system in place. Whatever they were doing before worked.“
