Wendy's in Albuquerque

“So I am writing this because of the customer service given at this restaurant. The counter person Keoughla was great in taking my order. She recommended the grilled chicken wrap which I found was very good. She allowed me to eat my meal then come back to get my chocolate frosty. She was a shining light for the store. The soda/tea/everything machine was really fun. You could select pretty much anything liquid refreshment. The peach tea was fantastic.
Restaurant was clean, food hot, restroom required a code (keeping it only available to customers)“

“The drive thru window line was running slower than usual since there was a small bit of confusion on the sequence of orders to be prepared during the Saturday lunch rush. The staff at the window explained the issue. The chicken salad was delicious. The French fries were hot and fresh.“

“Stopped here to grab a bite, went through the drive-thru, a gentleman took our order he was very nice and chipper. (A wonderful change in pace as any Fast food is a teen with bad attitude) we got the food, it was warm and the fries were the best I’ve ever gotten from Wendy’s, salty and crispy. This was excellent customer service, and good quality food. This is the example every fast food restaurant should be striving for!“

“Lately I've been wondering why all these fast food places are literally not giving me my food that I pay for the way that I paid for it if I ask for it fresh that's exactly what I mean and these babies did exactly that and I appreciate you guys so much thank you so much Wendy's crew on Blake and Coors Boulevard you guys really really really really really made my day it was absolutely delicious everything was fresh I didn't have to wait long and the service was really good and the chicken was so juicy it blew my mind thank you so much again guys please keep up the good work and let's keep up the good work!“

“This Wendy’s is fantastic. I’ve never had a problem with them. The lady who took our order today was super sweet, the food was fresh and delicious, and they were super fast. Every time I’ve gone here the service was fast and the food was good. I can see why it’s one of the last Wendy’s standing in Albuquerque.“

“Day before Christmas my daughter had some gifs buy still from Walmart but .I need coffee and fast lol so Wendy's it is . The young lady her name is Raynorma took my order. She was awesome great customer service and they were running out of stuff but she mad it possible for me to get my coffee. I am a general manager at at Blake's lotaburger. And I know when you have a good employee she made my day I got my coffee and now I can sit and wait for my daughter thank you so much Hun and marry Christmas.“

“Good fast service. This time I.wenr through the drive thru, and the staff were very nice. The order was completed very quickly, and we drive up the the drive up window, and our order was ready, within 30 seconds. The woman at the drive in was very professional.“

“I went inside to order, waited in line for 3 ish minutes, ordered and got my food in under 4 minutes, got it all to go and didn't get napkins or ketchup with food(no big deal I was taking it home anyways where I have tons of napkins and ketchup) picked up a fry and it was HOT almost burned my mouth and you could tell they were super fresh and crispy, you can add green Chile to burgers for free now! Super Cool of Wendy's for doing that, and my Dave's single was fantastic, food was TOP TIER for wedys at lunchtime, not too busy only 4 tables eating inside and like 2 cars at the drive through, thanks for a great lunch on 5/15/26 @1:00PM“
