Wendy's in Albuquerque

“So I am writing this because of the customer service given at this restaurant. The counter person Keoughla was great in taking my order. She recommended the grilled chicken wrap which I found was very good. She allowed me to eat my meal then come back to get my chocolate frosty. She was a shining light for the store. The soda/tea/everything machine was really fun. You could select pretty much anything liquid refreshment. The peach tea was fantastic.
Restaurant was clean, food hot, restroom required a code (keeping it only available to customers)“

“We went through the drive-thru and our order was immediately taken. Cosmic was a very friendly server and was communicating with his team to get us our food as quickly as possible. The best fast food experience I’ve had in a long long time.“

“Stopped here to grab a bite, went through the drive-thru, a gentleman took our order he was very nice and chipper. (A wonderful change in pace as any Fast food is a teen with bad attitude) we got the food, it was warm and the fries were the best I’ve ever gotten from Wendy’s, salty and crispy. This was excellent customer service, and good quality food. This is the example every fast food restaurant should be striving for!“

“Went to Wendy's for lunch the other week with my daughter and mom and it was awesome! I hadn't had Wendy's in a really long time and got the chicken sandwich/nuggets/fries/coke and it was fresh/delicious. We ate inside and the ambiance was very relaxing and comfortable. I guess this specific location remodeled the inside and it's very nice and clean. Definitely recommend 👍“

“Day before Christmas my daughter had some gifs buy still from Walmart but .I need coffee and fast lol so Wendy's it is . The young lady her name is Raynorma took my order. She was awesome great customer service and they were running out of stuff but she mad it possible for me to get my coffee. I am a general manager at at Blake's lotaburger. And I know when you have a good employee she made my day I got my coffee and now I can sit and wait for my daughter thank you so much Hun and marry Christmas.“

“Love this location and thankful to be close by! I’ve always had great food at this location… Burgers and fries are never over greasy. I wish every location was this consistent with their food and friendliness!

“Good fast service. This time I.wenr through the drive thru, and the staff were very nice. The order was completed very quickly, and we drive up the the drive up window, and our order was ready, within 30 seconds. The woman at the drive in was very professional.“

“I always get the chil and shake these are the best in town and all the other foods. I and other customers are always greeted when we are in the restaurant. The food is very good and it is a place to bring your whole family. I will be stopping there today.“

“I waited a long time for my food. Several people who had been behind me got theirs. I had to go ask. Cashier said it wasn't made and my order had been deleted. I showed my receipt a d they magically found my order. It wasn't even warm. It sat so long.“

“Just ordered a frosty, but usually everything is delicious. Service varies depending on the person they have taking orders, but I can't say any behaviors stand out negatively or positively. (As far as customer service).Overall, good job Wendy's! 👏“
