Ordered 2 double Baconator's and a Sin of Baconator. They NOTHING LIKE the marketing pictures and were especially tasteless. There were only 2 strips of bacon and bland sausage patties. We much prefer the BK Croisantwich.

The only reason why I gave them a 2 star rating was because I ordered a Chicken Sandwich meal and it shows on the menu that it comes with lettuce tomatoes. I told them to add cheese and green and that's all they put on my Chicken Sandwich, there's no lettuce and no tomatoes. The other thing is I ordered a Cinnabon pull apart and they put the smallest amount of frosting on it. It is so dry. With these young kids/workers these days there's no integrity. They don't take their time and follow directions. I work right next door and a lot of times we walk over there and the lobby is closed down. That lobby should be open as long as their open for business unless it's very late. But the lobby will be closed down at 12 noon. Management needs to know unless the manager is part of the problem.

10/25/24 7pm The drive-thru line was loooong & only 2 customers inside so I decided to go inside w/my 2yo grand. Ordered 2 small frosties and a drink. While waiting, 2 more customers came in. 20 min later, customer b4 me got her order. Then cashier asked the 2 other customers if they had a mobile order and both said yes, so cashier went to fryer, put some fries down, then started complaining to drive-thru workers abt being short staffed, & how tired he was of ppl yelling at him, how he was abt to walk out. He finally got one of the online orders out, then began just opening bags, shaking fries, and chatting with the cooks. I went to counter to ask if he could get my order out while he was waiting for the others to cook, but he wouldn't even look at me. Finally, after 40 min of waiting, I loudly told him to cancel my order and, when he looked at me puzzled, I handed him my reciept, told him to cancel it, and left. I gave my grand an ice cream bar at home instead. Complete lack of critical thinking and prioritization skills, and I think he was the manager!! Large guy, dark hair.

This place use to be rockstar as far as any Wendy's goes. I don't know if they have transitioned to new management, because they have gotten slow as molasses. This use to be my go to for years and I know the manager was consistent for a long time. It will take over 20-25 minutes to get through the drive through about 2 pm. I ordered 3 biggie bags all the exact same because I have been having this problem they always forget nugget sauce, and napkins now, and I NEVER use to have any issues whatsoever. Not even little ones. Don't get me wrong, the food is still good, I just wish they had a smoother system in place. Whatever they were doing before worked.

I’d do 0 if I could open your damn inside some of us are in trucks and trailers and can’t use a drive thru so you’re the ones jusy losing money
I drive a big box truck and cannot go to drive through its only 6:28 p.m. and the lobby is closed. I see that you guys have a full staff in store but for some reason lobby is closed. Don't understand.

You know when you order the number seven you expect bacon on it Along with tomatoes, onion, all the fixings but no, I didn’t get any of that. Also wanted A Coke but I don’t know what get some employees that know what the hell they’re doing.

People waiting inside for like 20 minutes to get their order taken, no one helping at all ignoring the line inside that is 4+ people deep, doing like 10+ orders for drive thru by now hasnt looked at any of us, im still in line just writing this out during LUNCH TIME. Wish me luck hope my boss dont fire me

I'm pretty sure their food is better out there than any, hence the reason for lots of traffic inside, on some days you'd have to wait outside for a while before you get a seat... My advice is you better get there early enough so you do not get to wait lol,
Their staff are trying to get orders on time and also offer you free coffee while you wait.

Very good spot for family/group breakfast/brunch
Kids wouldn't have a place here to play around but they've got chairs that you can strap your baby and feed so they do not spill food or drink allover
